I just want to advise my followers that I believe the Sonoita, Elgin and Patagonia home market is poised for a shift. Based on the fact that the available inventory of homes for sale in the Tucson MLS has dropped from about 100 at the beginning of this year to approximately 75 today, I expect the market to shift to a seller's market by the first of the year. This means if you are a seller, you should withhold listing, if possible, until after the first of the year. If you are a buyer, you probably only have a few months to strike a really good deal on the home you have been tracking.
